Job summary

G & C Auto Body in South San Francisco, CA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Collision Technician to join our team at one of our San Francisco locations. This is not an entry level role; prior collision repair experience is required.

Responsibilities include restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, including teardown, reassembly, grinding, sanding, and filling repair panels. You will work with top-tier equipment and be eligible for production-based bonuses, benefits, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization.
• I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required for all positions.
• Read and interpret written repair orders.

• Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
• Includes tear down and reassembly.
• Grind, sand and fill repair panels.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair.

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!

BENEFITS:

• Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
