Barsotti’s Body and Fender, a high-volume, high-end collision repair shop in Marin County, seeks an experienced Auto Body Estimator in San Rafael to prepare accurate repair estimates and guide customers through the claims process.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of estimator experience, strong leadership, top-notch communication and organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Auto Body Estimator with at least 3 years.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and work in a high-pressure, team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job description

High-volume, high-end collision repair shop in Marin County seeks experienced Auto Body Estimator. Experience is a must but will train to use our software. The qualifying candidate should be hardworking, demonstrate leadership qualities, have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, be high-energy, and be able to work in a team environment.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Being detail oriented as well as the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment are essential. Compensation will be customized per candidate.
