Job summary

G & C Auto Body in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to produce accurate estimates and coordinate with repair shops. You will interact with customers to explain the scope of repairs and guide the process from intake to settlement.

We offer a competitive compensation package from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, weekly commissions, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO and life insurance. Mon-Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.
• Working with direct repair programs (DRP) is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales background.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auto body repair estimates for customers.
• Explain estimates and scope of repair to customers.
• Coordinate with repair teams and DRP partners.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on estimates.

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:
