Responsibilities

• Meticulously maintain curb appeal and keep grounds and common areas clean.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and perform needed repairs.
• Remove and store trash from recently vacated units per policy.
• Complete service requests timely within budgetary constraints.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Snow/ice removal as needed.
• Operate and maintain pools, hot tubs, saunas, and related equipment.
• Report maintenance issues to Service Manager.
• Complete special projects and preventative maintenance as delegated.
• Troubleshoot systems on the property across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry domains.
