Omnicom Health Group in New York City is seeking a Strategy Director - Experience Strategy to translate upstream brand strategy into actionable customer engagement and activation strategies across channels. You will partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, CRM, Media, Analytics, Account, and other disciplines to define how a brand should influence customer behavior throughout the journey.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Engagement Strategy or Customer Experience Strategy in an advertising agency environment.
• Experience with pharmaceutical clients and knowledge of regulatory issues in medical omnichannel ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting in high-pressure situations.
• Active listening with a collaborative working style.
• Ability to independently run workshops in Zoom, Stormz, Miro and train others.

Aufgaben

• Lead omnichannel strategy for assigned brands and workstreams.
• Develop brand strategy, audience fluency, and channel ecosystems.
• Create omnichannel activation plans and annual planning calendars.
• Provide strategic briefs and stewardship throughout development.
• Present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Brand Strategy, Creative, Account, Media, Analytics and other disciplines.
