• 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven experience leading digital strategy and managing teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• Comfort presenting to clients and internal teams; strong communication skills.
• Ability to design connected omnichannel experiences using segmentation and journey mapping.

• Own end-to-end omnichannel strategy for assigned brands and audience journeys.
• Guide paid media’s role within the omnichannel ecosystem and ROI expectations.
• Lead analytics and measurement, KPI hierarchies, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Set strategic direction for organic social and community engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members across disciplines; ensure timely delivery.
