Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager for the Agentic Experiences team to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the agentic conversational container, shaping features and strategy that deliver meaningful customer value.

You will own the roadmap, rollout, and safety moments, collaborating with Design, Tech, and cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, resilient AI-powered experiences across Chase platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain.
• Deep knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development and value management.
• Experience with AI-powered customer-facing features whose outputs are probabilistic.
• Fluency in modern agentic systems, such as LLMs, orchestration, context and memory.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision for the agentic conversational container.
• Owns features and interactions within the container and defines multi-turn behavior and safety moments.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns backlog and supports the strategic roadmap using analytics and transcripts.
• Owns rollout strategy: eligibility, phasing, controlled release and adoption targets.
• Partners with Design, Tech, and other teams on reusable conversational patterns.
