Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Product Manager on the Agentic Experiences team to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the agentic conversational container, delivering customer value and guiding the rollout of new features.

You will act as voice of the customer, define multi-turn interactions, collaborate with Design and Tech, and shape AI-powered experiences whose behavior is probabilistic, with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value delivery for AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with large language models, orchestration, context, and memory.
• Ability to define quality measures for AI experiences and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision for the agentic conversational container that delivers value to customers.
• Owns features and interactions within the container and defines multi-turn behavior and safety moments.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions.
• Maintains backlog aligned with roadmap and analytics.
• Owns the roll-out strategy: eligibility, phasing, and adoption targets.
• Partners with Design, Tech, and other teams on reusable conversational patterns.
