Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager for the Agentic Experiences team in Delaware to own the end-to-end life cycle of the agentic conversational container. You will serve as the voice of the customer, driving value with probabilistic AI-powered interactions and scalable, reliable design.

You will collaborate with Design, Tech, and other teams to shape features, prioritize the backlog, and guide rollout strategies, ensuring safe and impactful customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, including AI-powered features with probabilistic output.
• Fluency with how modern agentic systems behave — large language models, orchestration, context and memory.
• Experience defining quality measurement for AI experiences, such as evaluation design, human review, or guardrail testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision for the agentic conversational container that delivers value to customers.
• Owns the features and interactions within the container — conversation starters, chat and action history, and generative UI components — and defines multi-turn behavior, disclosure, confirmation, and fallback moments.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Owns the roll-out strategy: eligibility, phasing, controlled release, adoption targets, and readiness criteria that gate each expansion.
• Partners with Design, Tech, and other cross-functional teams on reusable conversational patterns.
