Chase's Digital Self-Service division is seeking a Product Manager to shape the agentic platform powering consumer banking experiences. You will own the product strategy, guide discovery, manage backlogs, and collaborate with technology and analytics teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes AI, LLMs, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional impact in a fast-evolving environment. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a similar domain.
• Strong knowledge of product life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI/agentic products and LLMs.
• Hands-on use of AI-powered tools to boost productivity.
• Proven ability to lead agile delivery and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned to roadmaps.
• Tracks key metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Leads end-to-end delivery for the platform across scrum teams.
• Takes accountability for requirements delivery from start to finish.
• Collaborates with technology and analytics stakeholders.
• Defines evaluation and quality frameworks for platform and AI performance.
• Shapes strategy and acts as a thought leader for agentic capabilities.
