Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Transformation & Agentic AI Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation within Consumer and Community Banking Operations. You will shape the product operating model, coach teams, and advance agentic AI adoption to deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes experimentation, governance, and collaboration with senior leadership to embed AI capabilities across the domain, fostering inclusive, innovative teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience across product delivery, transformation, tech, or digital operating models.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong technical acumen with engineers and modern software delivery practices.
• Hands-on with generative AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to teach, coach, and facilitate capability-building.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and change leadership.
• Experience defining measurable transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI adoption across product teams by training, coaching, and guiding day-to-day use of AI-enabled workflows.
• Operate as an embedded transformation leader within product teams, helping redesign how work gets done.
• Identify opportunities for agentic AI to remove friction, accelerate learning, improve decision quality, and increase team throughput while maintaining governance and risk awareness.
• Work hands-on with teams to prototype, test, and implement new practices, prompts, automations, and operating model patterns.
• Translate technical AI concepts into practical behaviors, playbooks, and learning paths for product, engineering, design, and business partners.
• Guide leaders and teams through people, processes, and operating model shifts to scale AI adoption responsibly.
• Establish feedback loops that measure adoption, effectiveness, and transformation outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape future-state product operating model and embed agentic AI capabilities across the domain.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement by building confidence and discipline in AI-assisted work.
