Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a platform administrator to manage Litera Foundation, oversee onboarding and adoption, and ensure data quality, taxonomy alignment, and integrations across the firm.

You will drive automation, AI readiness, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration with IT and vendors to support scalable experience management for lawyers and business professionals. Strong project management and communication skills are essential in a hybrid in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience administering Litera Foundation or similar experience management platforms.
• Experience supporting marketing technology, knowledge management, analytics, or related functions in a law firm or professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Litera Foundation platform, overseeing day-to-day configuration, enhancements, and system performance across experience, expertise, and proposal modules.
• Oversee data capture, curation, validation, and governance to ensure consistent data quality and taxonomies.
• Design and optimize automated workflows to capture experience information from lawyers and business professionals.
• Enable AI-readiness by structuring data for analytics, narrative generation, and client-ready insights.
• Develop and maintain experience reports, dashboards, and KPIs to drive business impact and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead end-user training, onboarding, and adoption programs, promoting data stewardship and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to manage integrations, upgrades, and service levels.
