The role oversees day-to-day administration, configuration, and enhancements, ensuring data quality and scalable implementations across experience, expertise, and proposal modules. You will drive automation, analytics, and AI-ready data while partnering with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver trusted insights and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or administering enterprise software platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and data governance capabilities.
• Project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Litera Foundation experience management system.
• Lead backend configuration, enhancements, and platform rollouts across modules.
• Oversee data quality, taxonomies, and integrations for experience data.
• Design and optimize automated workflows and intake mechanisms.
• Support AI enablement to enable analytics, narrative generation, and insights.
• Develop experience reports, dashboards, and KPIs to drive business impact.
• Lead end-user training, onboarding, and adoption to ensure platform usage.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT on integrations and upgrades.
• Respond to inquiries and manage special projects related to the system.
