Overview

As an Integration Engineer in the Professional Services business unit, you will actively automate data workflows using Power Platform tools—particularly Power Automate, Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory—to integrate various systems (primarily ERP and CRM, and occasionally data warehouse) into Litera Foundation 365 products. You will be a guardian of data integrity, establishing governance policies and maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development and integration of business‑critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics.
  • Design data models, workflows, and integrations with external systems via APIs and custom connectors.
  • Connect and orchestrate data pipelines between on‑premises SQL databases and cloud services using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and Power Automate connectors.
  • Validate and monitor automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Build and manage Power Automate flows to automate data movement, transformation, and notifications across systems.
  • Deliver test integrations and data migrations into customer environments, collaborate with consultants and customer resources to manage issue logs and lead issue review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout project lifecycles to capture agreed integration processes, rules and architecture.
  • Adapt existing or create new T‑SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract and transform legacy data into Litera staging database formats.
  • Support go‑live activities by ensuring data readiness, flow reliability, and access control.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience delivering data integration and API connectivity across multiple business systems (preferably legal software).
  • 3+ years of experience operating in a client‑facing role.
  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of workflow design principles and low‑code/no‑code solutions.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, SSIS, REST APIs, Azure Service Bus and other middleware solutions.
  • Proficiency with integration methodologies and best practices including point‑to‑point, API, message queue architectures and canonical models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement through automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, for cross‑functional collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Desirable Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic programming capabilities in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Python.
  • Knowledge of MS Fabric and MS Customer Insights.
  • Experience working with 3E API, Aderant API, Intapp product APIs (Open, Walls, etc.).
  • Experience with AI products such as Cursor, Claude CoWork.
Benefits
  • Company culture that emphasizes growth, integrity and impact.
  • Commitment to employees with focus on tools that matter and amplifying their impact.
  • Dynamic, diverse, global team environment.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off and work‑life balance.
  • Career growth and development opportunities through clear paths.
