Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license where required by state.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Experience with cosmetology services and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest experience and Net Promoter Score.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and staffing needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
