Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager in Wayne, NJ who will lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and sales professionals.

You will drive top-line sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage service and boutique operations across the store. You will coach associates, maintain brand standards, and ensure compliance with policies while developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability?that aligns with Ulta Beauty's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-paced retail teams and driving sales.
• Strong guest service and sales leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop and coach staff and manage performance.
• Knowledge of brand standards, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and sales staff.
• Drive top-line sales and guest satisfaction through services, boutiques, and retail.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, training, and adherence to policies.
• Develop and implement staffing plans to meet store goals and optimize payroll.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports and sustain a positive culture.
• Ensure guest experience excellence through makeup, skincare services and product demonstrations.
