You will hire and develop talent, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies. A passion for beauty and proven leadership in fast-paced retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of salon and boutique staff to deliver top-line sales and guest experience.
• Drive guest engagement, services, makeup, and retail sales while managing budgets and payroll.
• Develop and coach associates, ensuring ongoing training and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards; manage scheduling and attendance.
