Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and omni-channel metrics.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and implementing improvement plans.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and drive sales.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Perform makeup and skincare demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
