• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, retail and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll data to support scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies with company programs and tools.
• Support direct reports in building and maintaining clientele and coaching staff.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
