Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related leadership role.
• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Cosmetics industry knowledge and strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Recruit, develop, and coach talent; manage coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure guest experience excellence and apply brand standards in store operations.
• Monitor scheduling, attendance, and staffing needs; drive store improvements.
• Own accountability for guest satisfaction and store metrics (NPS, loyalty, etc.).
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate trends and opportunities to field teams.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
