Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles is expected.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate fitness floor standards through organization and cleaning protocols.
• Conduct opening/closing checks and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide warm, personalized service and upsell Equinox offerings including classes and spa services.
• Support front desk and assist in smooth class transitions.
• Engage members to build relationships and drive retention.
