Qualifications

• Experience managing a guest-facing operation (hotels/restaurants/entertainment or museums) required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with staff across teams.
• Diplomatic with colleagues; firm when needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Slack.
• Energetic, perceptive problem solver with humor.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader when AGM/GM are unavailable; manage 30–40 hourly team members.
• Uphold presentation and experience standards across the site.
• Deliver and elevate guest experiences across all zones.
• Coach and develop staff; report daily insights to management.
• Control FOH labor spend; ensure adherence to budgets.
• Support marketing efforts with videos, photos, stories.
• Ensure accessibility requirements are met.
• Lead by example and ensure team breaks.
