Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• FSA or equivalent actuarial credential preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years actuarial experience, US market preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experience Insights & Assumption Management with a team of 10.
• Develop and govern experience analysis and assumption setting across product lines.
• Translate experience trends into actionable insights for senior management and committees.
• Build robust data pipelines and monitoring capabilities to support governance.
• Collaborate with CFO, ERM, Product, Pricing and Operations stakeholders.
