Job summary

The NOW Portland Hawthorne is seeking a guest-focused Experience Guide to welcome guests, sell enhancements and memberships, book appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations at the boutique. This role involves greeting guests, promoting services, and handling payments in a stylish wellness setting.

You will drive sales, manage bookings, open/close the boutique, troubleshoot guest issues, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication including listening, empathy and product knowledge.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a team mindset.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive enhancement, membership, and gift card sales by educating guests about services and retail.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments accurately.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
