Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for the Riverchase Galleria location to lead operational excellence, guest experience, and a high‑performing team.

You will coach bear builders and associates, manage scheduling and payroll, oversee inventory and merchandising, hire and develop staff, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering on sales and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer‑centric setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance while delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks; manage payroll and forecasting.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions in collaboration with leadership; enforce policies and standards.
• Lead the team during shifts, ensuring safety, brand adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee merchandising displays, inventory management, and store conditions.
