Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Experience with store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven team development.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching managers and Bear Builders to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with the AWM, ensuring efficient operations.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from the AWM and HR as needed.
• Lead Shifts, enforce policies, manage cash and store security, and escalate issues to DM/HR when required.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising displays to align with brand standards.
