Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a part-time Sales Lead who serves as a Floor Leader on Duty and as a Bear Builder. The role combines directing a team during shifts with hands-on guest engagement to reach store sales goals and deliver a memorable Experience First experience.

Responsibilities include guiding associates, modeling brand behavior, and ensuring memorable guest service. Availability for 15–25 hours weekly, flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15–25 hours per week.
• Preferred: Build-A-Bear store experience and an associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Floor Leader on Duty: guide, support, and direct a team to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
• Bear Builder: provide exceptional Guest service and uphold brand standards to ensure a positive Guest experience.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
