• Bear Builder: Provide exceptional Guest service by engaging with Guests and using Experience First Make Behaviors.
• Bear Builder: Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring guests leave satisfied with their experience.
• Bear Builder: Uphold brand standards for a seamless guest experience and demonstrate strong teamwork.
