Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare operations or patient access.
• Experience with data mining, analytics or reporting.
• Knowledge of clinical processes and workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and onboarding resources, and maintain employee lifecycle training.
• Analyze patient feedback and partner with leaders to improve experience.
• Develop and monitor experience dashboards and reporting.
• Support culture, engagement, and communication initiatives.
• Promote service excellence and compassionate patient care.
