Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle resources.
• Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in the first 90–180 days.
• Create tools to communicate MSU Health Care's mission, culture and service expectations.
• Identify barriers to employee experience and partner with leaders to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain an experience dashboard and reporting structure.
