Job summary

The Centricity and Process Design Intern will support the Key Experience and Design (KeyXD) team by contributing to initiatives that enhance KeyBank’s client and employee experiences through user-centered design and process strategy.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your UX strategy and design skills, share your perspective, and contribute to journey mapping, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and experience innovation.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in Customer Experience, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Communications, Journalism, or related field with anticipated graduation in or before May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates and partners across functions.
• Engage with users to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Support journey mapping, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
