Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of reward and recognition programs and events across the bank.
• Align employee experience programs with business strategies and priorities.
• Connect programs to outcomes using surveys and feedback to drive improvements.
• Build relationships and provide insights to internal stakeholders to enhance programs.
• Monitor benchmarks and recommend improvements consistent with best practices.
