Job summary

KeyCorp in Brooklyn, OH, seeks an Experience Design Intern to join the KeyXD studio. You will support research, journey maps, and visual concepts, learning to translate insights into practical design decisions.

You will work with mentors and teams across research, strategy, and development, gaining hands-on experience in a regulated financial environment while building a portfolio and refining facilitation skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing a 4-year degree with graduation by May 2028.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX work.
Experience with design thinking and workshops is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, and personas.
Produce design deliverables and visuals using industry tools.
Develop visuals for workshops and client presentations.
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate research into visual frameworks and actionable recommendations.
Engage in all phases of the design process: discovery to testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate concepts.
Maintain professional approach with design and non-design stakeholders.
Continue learning experience design methodologies in a regulated industry.
Perform other duties as assigned.
