Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. You will shape the experience thesis, build and test the first version, and help determine whether the work should become part of a broader repeatable program, remain bespoke, or stop.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, enterprise marketing, or related go‑to‑market disciplines.
• Built a meaningful customer‑facing program or capability from the ground up and helped it scale.
• Able to form a program thesis from an ambiguous opportunity and translate it into an experience and operating model.
• Understands enterprise customers and links program choices to adoption and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where current programs fall short and design differentiated approaches.
• Define audience, actions, thesis, and success metrics for new experiences.
• Design and build the first version of a differentiated executive/enterprise experience.
• Build prototypes and test key assumptions before committing significant resources.
• Lead cross‑functional work from brief to early launch, managing dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Decide on scaling vs bespoke vs stopping based on adoption, quality, feasibility, and reuse.
• Partner with broader program teams to determine ownership and placement of the new model.
• Turn pilots into clear principles, playbooks, operating requirements, and handoffs.
