United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Chief Experience Officer to lead the enterprise-wide experience strategy for customers, employees, and stakeholders. This role drives customer-centric transformation and operational excellence across all channels and touchpoints.

You will align brand, processes, and technology; shape journeys across digital and physical channels; and lead governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred with 12–15+ years in CX/EX leadership.
• Proven track record of large-scale experience transformation.
• Strong skills in journey mapping, digital engagement, and service design.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide experience strategy.
• Lead customer and employee experience transformation initiatives.
• Oversee design and optimization of customer journeys across channels.
• Partner with HR and leadership to improve employee engagement.
• Provide actionable insights via CSAT, NPS, and retention analytics.
• Lead governance for experience measurement and improvement.
