Bank of America is seeking an Experience Design Executive to lead a multi-disciplinary organization shaping enterprise-scale digital experiences. You will influence investment decisions, partner with senior leaders, and drive AI-enabled transformation across portfolios to deliver business growth and customer value.

You will champion governance, accountability, and high-quality craft while navigating a highly regulated environment, building leaders, and aligning design with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading product, experience, or design organizations responsible for large-scale digital products and services.
• 10+ years of leading and inspiring people to achieve their maximum potential; managing geographically distributed teams.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in experience design and scaling customer-facing products.
• Proven ability to shape business strategy and influence executive decisions through customer insight and strategic framing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary organization, driving XD strategy, governance, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Partner with executive leaders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Lines of Business to align investment priorities.
• Shape enterprise experience strategy across portfolios, ensuring investments support business growth and customer value.
• Translate enterprise strategy into cohesive roadmaps and measurable outcomes that connect customer needs with business objectives.
