Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an Expense Processor to support employee travel and expense (T&E) operations in a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. The role focuses on accurate processing of expense reports, policy compliance, and providing professional, responsive service to employees.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in expense management or finance, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in expense management, finance, operations, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
