Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of expense management, finance, operations, or executive administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process employee travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reports accurately and efficiently
• Ensure expense submissions comply with company policies and procedures
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding expense submissions, reimbursements, and processing issues
• Investigate and resolve expense discrepancies and other related issues
• Provide professional customer service to employees across various teams and levels of the organization
• Manage a high volume of expense reports while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
