Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for guests in takeout and dine-in settings. You will manage ticket times and coordinate with managers to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities include sending accurate orders, supervising smooth service, and maintaining timely kitchen and dining room operations. Prior experience in hospitality and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management, and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when needed to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
