Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor to ensure craveable food for guests in both takeout and dine-in services. You will help manage ticket times, coordinate with managers, and ensure accurate, timely orders while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals used in the building.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
• Strong English language skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh within standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
