P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor (Expo) to ensure craveable food for guests in takeout and dine-in service. You will coordinate ticket times, relay accurate orders, and support front-of-house operations with speed and accuracy.

The role requires 18+ years old, a willingness to learn, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment. Flexible shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
