Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for guests in both takeout and dine-in. You will manage ticket times to keep orders fresh and coordinate with managers to exceed guest expectations, delivering accurate orders to tables.

The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment, clear English communication, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 30 lbs. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
