Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor to support takeout and dine-in service. The role ensures craveable food as orders are prepared and delivered, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing ticket times, coordinating visits with managers, and ensuring accurate orders. Flexible shifts and a fast-paced environment are typical of this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
