Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in service. You will manage ticket times, coordinate visits, and communicate orders clearly to tables, contributing to an excellent dining experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, prior restaurant experience preferred, and a focus on teamwork and fast-paced execution. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening with staff and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexible to work varying shifts.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs; bend/reach/twist.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
