You will manage ticket times, coordinate with managers, and relay accurate orders to tables, while maintaining high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong teamwork, quick multi-tasking, and reliable communication in a lively restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Clear spoken communication with staff and guests.
• Good command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh within standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when needed to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
