Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor or Expo to ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests. You will manage kitchen-totable timing, coordinate with managers, and help deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with prior restaurant experience preferred and a Food Handler’s Card where applicable. This role offers opportunities for growth and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
