Job summary

• Follow SOP, read emails and abide by company policies and procedures.
• Monitor received messages from customers and respond in timely manner
• Daily review of PO Ship dates.
• Responsible for capturing problems ahead (delivery delays, non-PTO receipts, etc.)
• Track shipments as required.
• Monitor and expedite all purchase orders.
• Contact vendors/manufacturers by email, phone or visit if required to verify delayed orders and ensure delivery on specified ship date.
• Provide assurance of good customer support service to all customers
• Coordinate and communicate closely with buyers and shipping coordinators.
• Responsible for controlling shipments of dedicated programs
• Special assignments as directed by the Manager or Executive Officers.
