• Follow SOP, read emails and abide by company policies and procedures.
• Monitor received messages from customers and respond in a timely manner.
• Daily review of PO ship dates.
• Capture problems ahead such as delivery delays or missing receipts.
• Track shipments as required.
• Monitor and expedite all purchase orders.
• Contact vendors/manufacturers by email, phone, or visit to verify delayed orders and ensure delivery on ship date.
• Provide assurance of good customer support to all customers.
• Coordinate and communicate with buyers and shipping coordinators.
• Coordinate and control shipments of dedicated programs.
• Perform special assignments as directed by the Manager or executives.
