Qualifications

• 1 year related experience.
• High School education required; college preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process rush and expedited order requests promptly.
• Manage client-facing communication and coordinate with internal teams.
• Utilize warehouse management and transportation systems per procedures.
• Act as internal SME for client-facing Customer Account Management.
• Collaborate with Order Processing, Retail Consolidation, and Warehouse teams.
• Perform reporting duties and other tasks assigned by the Manager.
