Circle Logistics in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Expedite Tracking and Tracing Specialist to monitor freight, maintain documentation, and provide timely updates to customers. You will coordinate pickups, track shipments in our TMS, and communicate across drivers, sales, and customer service to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in dispatch or logistics, proficiency with Excel and TMS/CRM tools, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Required: High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in dispatching, customer service, freight brokerage, or related logistics roles preferred.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ability to interpret dashboards.
• Experience with TMS/CRM platforms and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-time pickups and deliveries using various software systems.
• Track and trace Expedite shipments with drivers, providing updates in the TMS.
• Use phone, email, and text to communicate with urgency and clarity.
• Learn reporting tools to provide data to customer reps and managers.
• Coordinate available customer freight with carrier equipment.
• Verify freight charges and BOL, resolve payable discrepancies before payment.
• Monitor BOL discrepancies and arrange returns when necessary.
• Track all Expedite load assignments for time-sensitive freight.
• Initiate check calls with drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time service.
• Monitor freight across websites to notify customers of delays.
• Maintain accurate time/date stamps, trailer numbers, seal numbers, and notes.
• Work with customer service/sales to solve customer needs.
